Refund / Exchanges

Any purchase made through the Kids Optics & Co. website may be returned for exchange or for store credit within 14 days from receiving the order.

Guidelines for Return & Exchange:
Items must be returned in "new and unworn condition" with the original packaging intact.
Do not stretch the bands, scratch the charms and gemstones, dispose of the information card or damage the packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. We are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.
If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you within our three-month warranty.
For the accessories with natural gemstones, do note that the colour will change over time due to various factors such as light, heat and everyday wear.
For all plated pieces, please note that the rose gold and gold plating may slightly darken over time. These would not be considered faulty or damaged.

To start the process, email us at customercare@kidsoptics.co with the title: EXCHANGE & RETURN. Please attach the pictures of the faulty items as well for our reference.

Exchanges are also dependent on the availability of stock.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the receipt of the returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as a store credit.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded as a store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
